Somatic Integration is a personalized one-to-one wellbeing session designed for individuals experiencing stress, sensory overload, emotional fatigue or the demands of a busy life. Drawing on gentle touch, body awareness, breathwork, mindfulness and guided reflection, each session is tailored to support relaxation, self-awareness and nervous system regulation.
At the heart of this experience is my signature approach, The Somatic Touch of the Feather – an exceptionally gentle, intentional style of therapeutic touch that invites the body to slow down, soften and reconnect with itself. Combined with mindful breathing and quiet moments of stillness, this approach creates a calm environment where clients can pause, rest and reconnect with their inner resources.
Every session is adapted to your individual needs. Some people benefit from gentle conversation and guided reflection, while others prefer silence, allowing the body to settle without the pressure of words.
