Water-river

The purpose of this session is the detoxification of the body and energy, emotional release, hydration of the body, and energizing. You will experience the technique of breathing- breath of the water, visualization, meditation, gently massage. This session also includes the ritual of washing your body with moon water/rose water or a healing bath (it can be provided also as a remote session).

Fire-sun

This massage includes breath of the sun, energetically massage, warming stroking, hot oil, smudging, meditation, and visualization to achieve your transformation on different dimensions. You will be in a safe secret space surrounded by candles with transformational light. With this massage, your heart can open more.

Earth-stone

This session involves breath of the earth, grounding, visualization, meditation, putting healing crystals on the body, and using salt to take away negative energy. You will experience deep tissue massage full your body that you will be able to feel your body and be here and now not too much in past not too much in the future.

Air-wind

This session has the purpose of cleansing. This treatment includes a soft tissue full body massage involving different tools related to the power of wind, blowing to cleanse energy and aura, the breath of air, cooling, and heating elements, visualization, and affirmations.

In all the sessions described below as a given, you will receive from my hands a gentle massage, spiritual /energy healing, and unconditional love from my heart. The length of that session is a minimum of 60 minutes it is possible to experience more than 1 element in one session expended 2hours. I am always ready to personalize the session to individual needs. This is a holistic massage and it does not include genital area.
